Our purpose
Our guides explain formats, terminology and how to follow motorsport. They are written for readers using the calendar, not to create pages for every possible search phrase.
Editing and publication
Content is edited and published by RaceTimetable. Research and drafting may use software assistance; the publisher is responsible for what appears on the site. We do not invent personal experience, expert credentials or an editorial team.
Sources and current rules
Guides link to official championship information, regulations or organisers where appropriate. Rules can change between seasons and within a season. We identify a season when an explanation depends on its format, and use the event timetable for actual session appointments.
Updates
A content update date reflects publication of changes to the page. It is not a claim that a person watched every session or independently verified an imported result. An automated schedule sync is separate from an editorial update.
External news and images
News headlines link to the original publishers and retain attribution. We do not republish their full articles. Uploaded editorial images have recorded credits and usage rights; illustrations identified as original are created for RaceTimetable.
Status information
A Live label can be based on the stored scheduled start time when an official status has not advanced. It does not always confirm that a delayed session is actually running. Official announcements and the original schedule source remain important.
